With an M.Sc. computer science degree, he has extensive experience of planning, designing and installation of networks. Abdul Qdoous led various projects involving connectivity and deployment of centralized POS and security cameras on networks as large as 100 sites and the head office using Cisco, Microsoft and HP devices. Abdul Qdoous comes with excellent analytical skills which make him a fine problem solver. He can confidently deploy new technologies and efficiently plan and manage IT budgets.</p>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Rochelle is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with over five years teaching experience in topics such as Accounting, Financial Management, Cost and Management accounting and Economics for students preparing for all levels of Professional courses such as CA, ACCA and CMA.  </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">She also has five years Training experience in Soft skills including General Management and communication skills in association with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for their various Branches.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">She is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with a Bachelors in Commerce from Mangalore University, India.  </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">She is also BOSCH certified trainer and Member of the</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD) New Delhi.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Erblina joined the Aldar Team in 2022. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">She has a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature and has four years of experience working as an English Teacher. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">She has finished many training courses in Teaching Methods and Classroom Management. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">She claims: ‘’Teaching is my passion. I want to help the students in building their own knowledge and finding their own passion.’’</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Erblina has two academic publications for the paper entitled: ‘’</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Stylistic Figures in Edgar Allan Poes's The Raven and Their Translation in Albanian’’ </span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">and some of her work as a writer can be found on the Medium Platform.  </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Her passionate spirit and her bright ideas are a value to our students and our team. </span>

Randa Harras holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism Department and has a long experience in the Customer service. She occupied the position as a consultant education and registration department and was responsible for directing new students to the majors that suit their aspirations and educational rates, and their registration and follow-up until they were fully accepted. She also had a prominent role in the ALDAR Continuing Education Center, which specializes in offering short courses.

Salma Hesham, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting Department, and has experience in the educational sector.. She also worked in the registration department and was responsible for directing new students to the majors that suit their aspirations and educational rates, and their registration and follow-up until they are fully accepted.

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">She has been the Head of the Department of Community Engagement at ALDAR University College. She’s a writer and a Social Activist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Cairo University and more than 20 years of experience in community work strategies, supporting the interests and rights of people and working with individuals, groups, and communities to access social and economic resources to help individuals and communities in particular need for work to raise awareness of individuals, groups and communities. </span></p>

She holds a Bachelor's Degree. She has been associated with ALDAR Academy since 2009, which gives her 13 years of experience She is responsible for the company’s hiring process, training, and preparation of documents for endorsing newly hire staff.

John joined ALDAR in 2019 as admin officer of the Deans, John has previously worked for Cebu Pacific Airlines in the Philippines as an Inspector.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">As the point of contact with the students, John’s expertise in building firm relationship with students, faculty, and staff.</p>
