Biography
Dr Nagaraju has a PhD and Masters in Human Resource Management. His teaching experience encompasses a varied range of courses of Human Resource Management, Training and Development, and Strategic management such as Management Research Methods, UAE Labor law and Relations, and Business Law, Organization Behavior at undergraduate and graduate level. He has extensive background of developing and implementing special programs for at-risk and special needs students, racially and ethnically diverse populations, and second-language learners. He is an effective communicator with excellent planning, organizational, and negotiation strengths.
