Summary

This course provides an overview of the balanced scorecard approach to performance evaluation. Students will learn about the four perspectives
of the balanced scorecard (financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth) and how to use them to evaluate
organizational performance. The course will also cover the process of creating a balanced scorecard and best practices for implementing it. Upon
completion of the course, students will have the skills needed to create and use a balanced scorecard to evaluate organizational performance.
