Management Trainer

Minimum Qualification 

  1. Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration and related field from an accredited University/Higher Education Institution. 
  2. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an International Higher Education Institution.
  3. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the related field.
  4. Proficient in online teaching tools, virtual platform and hands on experience on Zoom/Teams/Meet and Google class room.
  5. Fluency in English Speaking and Writing.
  6. Effective soft skills, especially in presentation and report writing.

Job Description

  • Classroom teaching and prepare materials for teaching.
  • Conduct examination and student’s evaluation.
  • Assessing, monitoring, recording and reporting on the work of students.
  • Contributing to the program review cycle, development of new Program, and related exercises.  
  • Contributes to the development of the Academy.
  • Serve in various institutional and program committees. 
  • Participate in outreach activities.
