Dr. Intisar Obeidi Holds a PhD Degree in Public Relations from College of Communication, University of Baghdad, Iraq. She also obtained her M.A in Advertising, Department of Communication, University of Baghdad, Iraq. And B.A in Radio & T.V from Faculty of Communication, University of Baghdad, Iraq.
