An experienced administrative professional who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management and with progressive experience of over 6 years supporting senior level executives in the national government and education sectors in the Philippines and the UAE, respectively. Currently an assistant to the Institutional Effectiveness Unit at ALDAR University College (ADUC) providing administrative support for the IEU and the Director of Institutional Effectiveness towards achieving the Unit’s goals and objectives. Provides tasks such as maintaining IE Unit records and documentation, assisting in report preparations of IE Unit, managing Course Files, assisting in conducting audits of the units, organizing meetings and arrange conference rooms, coordinating committees, deans, faculty and students, and writing and issuing emails to departments, all staff and relevant government office. With core competencies, acquired through years of experience, that is proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Google Suite, strong organizational and analytical skills.
