Minimum Qualification

  • Minimum 2 publications in a SCOPUS listed journal.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an International Higher Education Institution.
  • Competency to manage Information and Communication Technology software and gadgets.

Job Description


  • Teaching based on research and student engagement.
  • Planning and Reviewing Courses in the domain of specialization
  • Contributing to the Program review cycle, Development of New Program, Accreditation, ERT (External Review Team) audit visits and related exercises.
  • Conducting high quality research especially in UAE context.
  • Serving in the Departmental and Institutional committees.

  • Serving in the administrative positions as per the Institutional policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance (QA) officer

Job Description: 

  • The Quality Assurance (QA) officer will oversee the activities of the quality assurance department, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality for the academic programs

    Job Specifications:

    University graduate or equivalent from recognized university.
    Obtained ISO certificate on her/ his previous role.
    Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance, and scope.
    Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations.
    Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies & procedures.
    Ensure that the findings are recorded and followed up with management so that issues can be rectified.
    Monitor KPI.
    Educate employees on not only the regulations, but also the impact on the organization if it doesn’t comply.
    Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues.
    Report back to the Direct Manager on current risk and compliance performance.
    Highlight or escalate areas of concern.
    Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organization.
    Collaborate with outside professionals, including external auditors.
    Compiling and validating the notifications/reports.
    5 years’ experience in QA manual preparation, documentation, and audit
    Strong communication skills (writing and verbal).

Job Description/ Requirements (briefly describe):

  • Refer to previous instances and findings to determine the ideal method for gathering data.
  • Research problem and determine the data required to answer specific questions and problems.
  • Create surveys, questionnaires and polls to collect necessary information.
  • Train assistants and other members of the team how to properly organize findings and read data collected.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Define and utilize statistical methods to solve industry-specific problems in varying fields, such as economics and engineering.
  • Compare and analyze provided statistical information to identify patterns, relationships and problems.

Job Description/ Requirements (briefly describe):

  • Provide various outpatient mental health services with the goal of student/Staff recovery.
  • Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group therapies.
  • Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, self-image, stress and suicide
  • Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
  • Provide mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or counseling.
